Exercising Your Rights
You may request that we disclose or delete your personal information, as described above, by submitting a
verifiable consumer request to info@thehendersonnc.com. Only
you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf,
may make a verifiable consumer request related to your information. You may only make a verifiable consumer
request for access twice within any 12-month period. Your verifiable consumer request must (1) describe your
request with sufficient detail so that we may understand, evaluate, and respond to it, and (2) include your
name and any email address or phone number you have provided to us, so that we may verify your identity.
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity
or authority to make the request and then confirm the personal information requested relates to you. We will
only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor's identity
or authority to make the request.
Additional California Privacy Rights
Under California's "Shine the Light" law, you may also have the right to request and receive information
about disclosure of your personally identifiable information to third parties for their direct marketing
purposes. Because it is our policy not to share personally identifiable information with third parties for
third-party direct marketing purposes without consent, we are exempt from the requirement to respond to such

Hotel Policies
The Henderson is a unique property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. Please
review our policies below and contact us if you
would like more information.
At The Henderson, we take pride in preparing for your arrival with thoughtful attention to detail. Because
each reservation is personally prepared for, we kindly ask that guests review our cancellation policy below.
Standard Cancellation Policy
No Charge Window: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to arrival incur no charges. (A
14-day notice is required for certain special packages, special events, and all reservations in the month of
October.)
Late Cancellation / Changes: Cancellations or reservation changes made 3 days or less prior
to arrival will be charged the full amount of the original reservation and are non-refundable. (A 7-day
notice applies for special packages, special events, and all October reservations.)
Early Departures
Early departures are treated as cancellations and are non-refundable.
How to Cancel
All cancellations must be made by phone. Email, voicemail, or third-party messages are not accepted as official cancellation notices.
Third-Party Reservations
Reservations booked through online travel agencies or third-party vendors are non-refundable and subject to the policies of the booking platform.
Policy Changes
Rates and policies are subject to change without notice.
Guest Agreement
By completing your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to The Henderson's Cancellation Policy.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. If arriving after hours, please call to make arrangements.
Check-out:
11:00 AM.
Breakfast
A complimentary gourmet breakfast is included with all room types except for basic queen rooms. Breakfast service begins at 8:00 a.m. If you require an earlier meal time, please let us know and we will do our utmost to accommodate.
Pet Policies
The Henderson gladly welcomes well-behaved pets! We have select pet-friendly rooms that are designated to
our travelers with pets. We love our pets and wouldn’t want to leave home without them! Hendersonville is a
very pet-friendly town. Outdoor dining is available in ours and many other restaurants in town and many of
our shops are pet-friendly as well!
Please take note of our Pet Policies before making your room bookings:
- Pet reservations MUST be made via telephone. If you are bringing a pet, please give us a call and we will make your full reservation for you.
- Two pet limit per room and also pets must be 40Lb and under.
- There is a $35 one-time pet fee during your stay. This will be added to your total bill when you check out.
- All pets must have updated vaccinations and be flea-free.
- Pets must be in a carrier or on a leash anytime they are in a public area.
- Any waste in outdoor areas must be immediately removed and disposed of.

Additional Policies
- Reservations are for single or double occupancy. One additional child under the age of 3 is permitted and is complimentary as we are a family friendly property.
